ASUS P5K PRO

I'm thinking of building up a new system with the following components:

Intel C2D E6750
2x 1GB RAM
8800GT GPU
maybe RAID 0
maybe overclocking CPU and GPU (only a little)

As I always liked ASUS boards I tend to get again one of them, but don't want to spend too much on it. So the P5K PRO looks interesting. But I can't find any experiences with it...

Anyone know more about it?
 
Had one for a while. Very stable board.

Would recommend the P5E Pro though. Bios seems to have a few more features.
