When I picked this motherboard and GPU out, I remember reading that it had a PCI-E 2.0 expansion slot available. Now that I looked at it again at Newegg, I cannot find anything listed about a 2.0 slot.
Will I see a performance decrease if I were to use a regular 16X PCI-E slot for my GPU rather than the PCI-E 2.0?
Alternatively, does anyone know if a PCI-E 2.0 slot is available on that mobo?
Also, I plan on overclocking my GPU and I was wondering what other people have been able to overclock their GTX 260s to while maintaining stability.
Intel C2D e8400 3.0GHz
eVGA GTX 260 576/2000
Corsair 520W PSU
ASUS P5K PRO 775 P35 RT
Mushkin 4GB DDR2 (PC2-6400) 5-4-4-12
Samsung Spinpoint 750GB
Antec 900 Case
Vista 64-bit
