Asus p5k heatsink compatibility

I know this is kind of a newbie question, but is there any way for me to find out if I can fit an XP-120 heatsink on an ASUS p5k mobo? Has anyone installed an XP-120 on a p5k? I'm worried that the xp-120 won't clear the heatsinks around the socket🙁, especially near the top edge of the board.
