I have had 2x256mb DDR PC3200 Kingstons on my computer for a while and it ran smoothly on Dual Channel at 3200.
I decided to buy some more memory and bought some 2x512mb DDR PC3200 Corsair Valueselects.
When I installed them, my motherboard detected 1.5 gb of ram but running at only PC2700.
I tried taking out the Kingstons and using only the Corsair, and it ran at PC3200.
But when I put in one or the other brand, it reduces to PC2700. Can someone help me?
btw...my memory config is set at 2.5-3-3-8. I also tried changing it to 3-3-3-8 and auto detect, but it made no difference.
