Asus P5E3 and Zalman 9500

I'm want to install Zalman 9500-AT (not LED, because of mobo 4-pins connector) into ASUS P5E3 Deluxe and I'm afraid of lack of clearance between supporting plates and mobo's parts. I had tried Zalman 9500-LED and top plate seems put pressure on some caps and also it was with old 3-pins power cable.

Is anybody here have an expirience with Zalman 9500-AT installation on ASUS P5E3 Deluxe board? Please tell me how you did it.
