ASUS P5E + E8400: which bios

Anyone with this combo, please chime in which bios version you are using.



My searching is leading me to believe that the latest bios, 502, should be fine (and may even be necessary).

Just looking for anyone reporting that "502 = DO NOT WANT"

Just noticed that.

I'm a little concerned, after reading the ASUS forums, that there will be some memory compatibility issues with this bios.

Hope I don't have to RMA this board.


On the plus side, if there are no memory problems, it will definitely be nice to upgrade the BIOS directly from USB or even CD-R within the BIOS menu itself... great feature of this board
