Asus P5E and Zalman 9700LED

I am thinking about getting the Asus P5E. I have a Zalman 9700LED heatsink and I was wondering if it will fit with all the copper around the cpu socket. Thanks for any info.

After looking at a lot of forums and a lot of posts I found a guy that is using the Zalman 9700led on a P5E. Here is a link to the thread:
