Asus P5B SATA Question

I've got an Asus P5B motherboard that is currently running two Seagate SATA hard drives in RAID 0 configuration. The two drives are connected to the SATA-1 and SATA-2 connectors. I was thinking about buying a Samsung SATA DVD burner and was wondering if I can simply hook it up to the SATA-3 connector or will I have to use the JMICRON connector instead? I guess the section in the BIOS that says to treat SATA as RAID vice IDE makes me wonder if I can mix RAID hard drives and the DVD burner on the same controller. Thanks in advance.
