ASUS P5B JMicron 363 RAID Setup Issues

I have an ASUS P5B mobo + an E6400.

It uses the JMicron 363 RAID controller.

I have 2 WD2500KS-00M 250 gig SATA drives. I want to configure them into a RAID.

1 drive is plugged into SATA I, the other into the RAID port on the mobo. The system in BIOS recognizes the second HDD as a RAID drive, and sees the drive on port 1, but won't recognize both in the BIOS config utility. The system is set to 'RAID' in BIOS and the JMicron controller is enabled.

If I plug both drives into SATA I/II respectively, the system won't let me RAID them either.

Any thoughts? This is for my employer for his home use, so any prompt help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!
