Asus p5b-e, which HSF fits??

I'm wondering which cpu cooler will fit my asus p5b-e motherboard? Can the scythe ninja fat?

I know for sure that a noctua nh-12uhf(with noctua fan included) can fit on my motherboard, but in Denmark it costs like 25$ more than the scythe ninja with 12cm fan included. Is the noctua nh-12uhf really that much better?

I can also buy a cooler master TX for the same price as a scythe ninja/mine, but I suppose the scythe ones can move air somewhat better.

One last information: I plan to overclock my e4300 to 3ghz or something near that, so keep that in mind when you suggest a hsf for my cpu.

Thanks in advance

Come on folks, I really need someone to confirm whether some of these big heatsinks can fit my motherboard with very simple or no modding at all.

I'm using the P5B-E and the rev2 Scythe Ninja. It fits 🙂. Go with the Ninja. Some people had reported that the Ninja did not fit on the P5B-Deluxe but, I had no difficulty installing it on the P5B-E.

Correct. I proved this myself by sliding a few sheets of paper between the heatsink and the capacitors nearest it.

Here's a pic.

Here's the Scythe Ninja installed.
