Asus P5B-E BSOD's

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on my problem. I'm getting random BSOD's usually with:
irql_not_less_or_equal

and sometimes:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I have tried all the latest drivers, and have tried fresh installs of vista, then xpsp2. My system is not overclocked at all. Strangely enough i can run prim95, memtest and 3dmark06 all day without any errors, but then i will be surfing the net or something and the BSOD will happen.

I have tried disabling the onboard sound and lan.
Disabling c1e and speedstep.
changing the JMicron drivers to standard windows ide drivers and not raid drivers.

Does anyone have any other ideas, before I RMA this board and get an AB9?

Thanks.
