Asus P5B Deluxe Replacement?

It looks like I have to replace my Asus P5B Deluxe, and I was wondering what boards I should short list for consideration. I use an overclocked E4300 (3 GHz) in it now, and would like to overclock to a similar value with the new board, and leave options open for CPU upgrades later.

All suggestions are appreciated,

On first look this board looks like it may work and appears to have more future potential than the P5B. One possible issue is the power supply to the board. The Gigabyte board appears to take an 8 pin connector. My power supply (Antec Sonata II case) has a 4 pin cable which I'm currently using with the P5B, and I see a 6 pin, but unless I'm missing it, no 8 pin...

An issue?

On the power supply issue I found this information in the Gigabyte manual. It would appear if I understand this section correctly that you can use the 4 pin connector if you do not have a high power CPU. On a closer look on my Asus P5B it looks like it is set up to take a 12 pin but 4 pins are covered. Appears to be the same situation on the Gigabyte board.

? Use of a power supply providing a 2x4 12V power connector is recommended by the
CPU manufacturer when using an Intel Extreme Edition CPU (130W).
? To meet expansion requirements, it is recommended that a power supply that can withstand high power consumption be used (500W or greater). If a power supply is used that does not provide the required power, the result can lead to an unstable or unbootable system.
? The ATX_12V_2X4 power connector is compatible with power supplies with 2x2 12V power
connector. When using a power supply providing a 2x4 12V and power connector, remove the protective covers from the 12V power connector and the main power connector on the motherboard. Do not insert the power supply cables into pins under the protective covers when using a power supply providing a 2x2 12V power connector."
