I do like asus boards, but i havent heard anything bad about the ds3's except for getting the bios up to f4 but after that its all good.
If i went with a ds3 would corsair xms 800 be good with it, im really partial to corsairs memory.
So which board is better, that article said that the p5b/p5w were pretty much the best board for c2d. Im ordering my system in a about 10 days and very conflicted. also there is talk of the intel bad-axe board![]()
The Intel board I wouldn't get if I were you. It depends on your budget really as the Asus is likely more stable generally speaking, but the DS3 is alot cheaper. Corsair memory is the most compatable available right now.
