Asus p5b and 4 sticks of memory, what gives?

Using OCZ ram on this thing and 4 sticks of 1gb. Doesn't show the whole 4gb like it should. I know this is a common issues with some mobos (ridiculous that this problem is still around), but is there a workaround? a bios fix maybe?

Are you talking about showing in bios? or in Windows XP? cause there's a limit with 4gb ram in XP.

It won't boot with 4 sticks.

fixed it. enabled memory remapping and it worked. woot.
