You'll want watercooling to run that cpu overclocked. It's the one that sometimes reaches the max temp and then throttles down while under load.

Well, on Air, I have had it to 4.2ghz on Air and did not max out temp according to INTEL's 75C max temp..

But it ran kinda flakey..
Not looking for max speed as much as tweaked.

What Ram settings, and push the CPU a bit.

Just want to find the best tweaks to get a little bump on it...

Here are my settings
CPU is at:
Multiplyer x19
FSB 202.2
bus 809mhz

Ram is at:
Frequesncy 202.2
FSB:Dram 1:1
Cas# 4.0 clocks
RAS#toCas# delay 3 clocks
RAS# precharge 3 clocks
cycle time (tras) 8 clocks

If you can find a copy of Sept 2004 MaximumPC, check out the article Dream Machine 2004. It's close to what you have. P5AD2 Premium; P4 560 3.6 Ghz : OC'd to3.97 with air cooling. A TT Jungle 512 CPU cooler I think.

You're justing going to have to play around with the settings. Odds are that there aren't many folks that have the same combination of cpu, mobo, ram, cooling, etc. It's all about experimenting.
