ASUS P5AD2-E Mobo w/Thermalright XP-120 Heatsink?

I'm looking to attach a Thermalright XP-120 heatsink to my ASUS P5AD2-E motherboard. Anybody out there know if the Thermalright will fit (plenty of tower space BTW)?
