Hi all, I recently purchased an Asus P55-BT for a retro pc gaming rig. However; it does not come with the driver disks for the motherboard.
Does anyone know where I might find the drivers for this board?
thanks,
George

Not finding that board listed. Got more of a model number…or serial number?

Ok, got the board and it shows this on the front (main) side of board:
PIIX4
P55-BT

On the back side it shows:
Tima Tima-1
94 V-0
9826
Which I'm guessing is the manufacturer of just the board itself.

That is all that is on the board,
When I look up P55-BT, i find this:
EPOX COMPUTER CO., LTD.
P55-BT

and that is it
Any ideas?
thanks,
George

It is the same board. ASUS probably manufactured many EPOX boards. Back in the day ASUS was part of a consortium before it went public as was the norm in China before international pressures forced more transparency in business affairs, ownership, liabilities, etc. Much like VIA's connection to First International Computer (FIC) and the Formosa Plastics Group. Companies (along with the CCP), private investors or stake holders in multiple facets of supply chain to contract manufacturing to marketing and distribution. Untangling them used to be all but impossible for outsiders. And might earn you some enemies if you tried too hard.

EpoX closed all their divisions in 2007. I’ve read that SUPoX was started by some of the EpoX employees and supported all EpoX boards…but I didn’t find a site.
