Asus P4T533 Cold Boot problem and Rimm overclocking

The cold boot problem seems to have occured around the same time I started OC'ing my ram. I have P4 1.8A @ 2.4gz(1.625v), Antec 430w PS, 1 256mb PC3200 Samsung Rimm(40ns) @ PC4200 (533 spec). System is pretty stable with a few crashes early, but now I sometimes get a no boot situation and must turn off and on to get it to boot. Once I'm in Windows(Win XP Pro) all goes well enough to run benchmarks and "burn-ins" to see how stable things are. First, any suggestions on "cold boot" problem will be greatly appreciated and second, has anyone had any experience with OC'ing this type(32bit) of ram? Thanks.
