Asus P4T533-C and WinME stability issues.

Does anyone have WinME running stable on the Asus P4T533-C board?

Here is my configuration... I need help. System Bluescreens randomly when I use DirectX Game or Application.

P4 2.4B 2405Mhz
Asus P4T533-C 533 FSB (33/133)
1024MB of PC1066RDRAM running at 1066 (x4)
Visiontek Xtacy G4 TI4600
SB Audigy Gamer
Dxr3 DVD Decoder Card
US Robotics Performance Pro 56k Modem
Maxtor ATA 133 IDE Card w/ 3 Maxtor 80GB ATA133 drives each cooled by 2xHDD plate Fan.
ATAPI Zip 250
Plextor 40x/40x/12x CDRW
Creative 12x DVD
400w Power supply
6 Case fans.
No overclocking, use of all manufacturer driver (CD's included)

Hmm, my first guess would be WinME blowing goats (as usual), but you also have a ton of hardware there, so what type of PWS are you running? Some cheapo brands (even the 400 watt) just have issues with that much high-end hardware.
