Whenever i disable my com/serial ports in my bios, my computer will not boot for some reason. I wont even see the "updating ESCD" screen. It just sits there with a black screen. But its not locked up, i can ctrl+alt+del and reset the computer. I've been able to boot with both com ports disabled before, but now i have to enable at least one com port in order for it to work. I dont know why. Anyone else have a asus p4t-533. I have a p4t-533 with ati 9700 card with 512 megs of samsung memory. I would like to see the settings of others p4t-533 boards and see how i should setup my board properly.
