Asus P4S8X memory settings

A friend contacted me and says his new m.b has a default memory setting. Does anybody know what settings to use or are there any articles out there that explain the different setting. His memory settings are 100,133,166,200.

Any help I would appreciate it

that is just the Mhz of the memory. Since that board uses DDR (double date rate) memory, you double those numbers to get things like DDR 333 (166x2). On that board the most I have seen is 166, but more than likely you'll be stuck at 133.
