Asus P4S800 vs P4P800

Hi guys...
i am planning to build the system and wana decide on which MOBO to buy..i already have a P4 2.4c processor and now have to decide a 800mhz FSB mobo.....i have two options on ASUS ..either p4s800 or p4p800.....the earlier one is avl for something like 82 shipped and the later one is avl at 122 shipped....what do you guys suggest....is it worth spending 40$ more just bcause P4p800 has the INTEL chipset and P4S800 has SIS chipset....

Yes that 40$ spent is VERY well spent money,Dont get the sis board go for the P4P800 865pe motherboard.

what abt the pricing ..do u have any idea if i can get P4P800 for lesser then 118$....i have checked newegg and they are selling it for 114+tax which comes out to be more then 10$ or so ....lemme know if you have info on where to buy this MOBO..
