Asus p4s333 suffice for northwood o/c

Hey,

I recently purchased a 1.6a and found this board on the refurb section of newegg on the cheap ~$70. Will this board and some samsung 256 pc2700 do well enough to take the CPU to the limits?
Should I have bought another board. I'm lost when it comes to p4 mobo's!

BTW I bought an asus p4s333. Taking another look at the refurb section I see a P4B266-C ! Oh well my samsung ram shall carry this overclock to 2.4ghz!
