Asus P4PE800-Deluxe or AsusP4C800-Deluxe?

While assembling a new system for a friend, I have noticed that the price for 'C' is more while'P' supports 7- Channel sound in addition to everything else that is supported by 'C'.
Which one to go for?

the P will serve him fine.

The "P" does not implement CSA for it's Gigabit ethernet (doesn't tie up the PCI bus with network traffic). Probably not a big deal to most people.
