Asus P4PE owners, please answer this question.

As you would guess it, I have this board, Asus P4PE board. It seems that I put my core voltage at 1.575V and motherboard monitor and Asus Probe keeps saying that my voltage is between 1.6V-1.65V. I thought this board undervolt?
Also, whenever I change a setting in the BIOS or changing some hardware, Windows XP Pro would give me a blue screen of death if I don't first turn off my PC before rebooting. Does anyone knows how to fix this or is this a known but permanent problem?
Thanks.

This mobo does overvolt. Mine is about the same as yours.

I had some cold boot problems with my first board and RMA's it. But I've never heard of a problem like the one you're describing. Maybe a good idea to RMA it.

How long does the RMA takes? Do they have advance RMA where they send first and you send when you received it? Do they send you a new one or refurbished?
Thanks.

Yeah the overvolting is due to the 2 phase power stepping Asus uses and they overvolt it to provide stability during lows in the feed. I find that mine actually undervolts a bit even with a TP430 PSU under the heavy load F@H causes. I'm not certain whats going on with the BSOD's but if you could list the exact error it's giving we can narrow down the possibilities a bit.
