Asus P4PE - Newegg - 3 versions ????

I see Newegg has 3 versions of this board.

They have the low end with no serial ATA at $125 P4PE/L

Then they have 2 other versions, one for $152 and the other $163. They both look the same. Anyone know the difference??

I got the full version today (ordered Sunday) for $157/shipped (2-day Fedex was +$6.00) from cdrexpress.com. Waiting for delivery on my Dell 4550 so I can scoop the P4 (2.4) and switch in the 1.7 Celeron($72.00 shipped) I have coming from newegg.

This board has potential!
