ASUS P4PE Motherboard beeping problems. please help

I have an ASUS P4PE motherboard. everything seems to be working but when i play games right away the onboard audio from the motherboard keeps beeping like it was playing PONG.

in the BIOS the +3.3v voltage is at 3.34V when the machine seems to be working, but when it starts beeping and i reboot and check while its beeping it is in RED and the voltage keeps fluctuating, when i view this under hardware monitor in the BIOS


what could be causing this?
