asus p4pe help

I am having a problem with my p4pe board, I have a 2.4p4, 512 megs of 333 ram, ti4400 pny agp card, am running windows 2000, and have a linksys network card. I have a 350 power supply

anyways I get a post reporter that there is a power problem. The 3.3 volt area is highlighted red and is showing up at 2.95-99

the others are all right around normal a little high or low not much though. It has been doing this since I got it, and want to know if there is something wrong with it, or how can I fix it.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

 
Have the same mobo with an Enermax PSU - no problems. I'd agree, try a name brand PSU (Enermax, Antec, etc.)
