I would really appreciate some advice on my current rig setup and how to get the maximum performance from my Corsair stick and rig. I am running all stock voltages and just trying to tweak my FSB and Memory settings so far.

My current rig:

ASUS P4PE Intel 845PE Chipset DDR333 Rev. 1.07
Intel Northwood Pentium 4 2.4BGHz SL6EF C1
Thermaltake Spark 7 Copper HSF@4500RPM + Arctic Silver 3
1 x Corsair Micro 512M XMS PC3500 DDR433 CAS2
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128M

My questions are as follows, On my P4PE I have three settings for Memory Frequency, Auto, 266, 355 and 333Mhz. 266=3:4 ratio, 355=5:4 ratio and 333=1:1 ratio. When I bump up my FSB via the CPU External Frequency setting, the choices in Memory Frequency change to higher numbers. For instance, when I set my FSB to 162Mhz the number for the 3:4 ratio in Memory Frequency reads 433Mhz. Which as I understand is the maximum speed for my Corsair PC3500 stick? CPU-Z is telling me that my CPU speed is 2915.2Mhz and that the frequency of my Corsair stick is 215.9Mhz at a 3:4 ratio with 2,3,3,7 standard clock speeds.

Is a 3:4 ratio the best setting for my PC3500? Seeing as I am not getting the full speed potential out of my CPU at 2915Mhz. Is there danger of damaging my Corsair memory if I run it faster than 433Mhz? What should the proper BIOS settings be, not only for FSB and Memory Frequency but also any other changes to get the full speed potential out of my Corsair stick and maximum speed from my CPU at the same time?
