According to what I've read I should have USB2 ports on this Mobo. I've tried a lot of things and can't get windows to set drivers to USB2. No idea what am missing...or doing wrong.
Any info/tips would be great.

You should be able to get it to work. I had the same problem with my p4pe. I don't remember the solution, but someone else here will surely come along with the answer.

Did you make sure that the USB 2.0 bios settings is set to enable? What OS do you use? if XP then it just requires installing service pack 1 or 2 to enable USB 2.0 support. It should show up in the device mangler under the USB tab as an enhanced host controller

See a enhanced controller in the mangler? If not try the "add new hardware" and see if you can get them to take that way. I had that board and had no trouble with USB 2.0 on it. I did XP+sp1 at the time then chipset drivers, and no issues.

Figured the issue out. I was looking at the wrong part of the bios. There is a chipset configuration and thats where USB2.0 is enabled. Don't understand why it comes disable by default.

Good deal, I thought that had to be the problem, and thanks for posting back so the answer shows up for searchers :)
