Asus P4P800Deluxe, regular interval beeping at boot until WinXP splash screen comes up. What is this?

At bootup my Asus P4P800 Deluxe has a short beep that happens at regular intervals (once every other second or so) until it hits the winxp bootup screen. This started happening after it froze up on me once, and happens after a freeze up now. I haven't had time to figure out the voice reporting feature yet, I'll have to do this, but I was wondering if anyone knew what this was.. Thanks.
 
nm, updated bios and it stopped. I found the bios beep codes at AMI's website and it gave the error, but it wasn't too specific.
 
About a week too late, but the beeps started again. I counted them, and there were 11 of them (I had a different beep at bootup for the USB devices.).
