Asus P4P800

I have an Asus P4P800 that's giving me some problems and was wondering what motherboards are available to replace this one. I would ideally like to avoid replacing my CPU and memory.

Any suggestions on what I could switch to? Preferably something newer than this one (it's fairly old)...

You can try ABIT IC7 or IS7; great overclockers, great stability.
