I recently put together this system based on Asus P4P800, the specs are
Asus P4P800 mobo
512 MB DDR 400 x2
P4 2.4 Gig 800 mhz FSB
Leadtek Geforce4 Ti 4200
I'm using an Edimax Broadband IP router to connect this computer with an older computer i have. The problem is my internet connection gets cut off from my new rig after about 10 minutes of use, I have to restart to get the connection back. But the internet connection on my old rig is still fine. I have tried disconnecting the router and connecting the cable modem line to my new rig and the same thing happens so i think it is something with my LAn port on my Motherboard. I think it is a 3com NIC network adapter. Is there some kind of setting i need to change or driver update? if so, where can i get the latest driver?

Get the latest 3com thing from the Asus website... I hate having to run it though... it flashes my whole screen black for a half a second when it starts, and shows it's little icon, and makes it's little noise. Seems totally unncessary just for onboard etherrnet.
