Asus P4P800 o/c'g the AGP bus?

Whenever I increase the fsb to 220+ , I get graphics corruption on my Hercules 9800 Pro even though I have the AGP/PCI locked at 66/33 mhz. Hercules's 3D Tweaker confirms an increase by about 200fps by running it's benchmark test without o/c'g the card itself. If I reduce the mem ratio from 1:1 to 5:4, the problem dissappears but at 240fsb my OCZ EL 3700 Gold's running at 384 mhz 🙁 What gives? Does the AGP freq. lock work on this board? Any ideas?
