ASUS P4P800 Deluxe RAID 0 -- as boot problem

system spec:

Asus p4p800 deluxe
p4 3.0 gig
2x maxtor sata 200 gig
1 gig ocz pc 3200
window xp pro original version
Bios latest from asus xx16

Problem:
There are no option for setting up a raid 0, in POST there are only 2 message
- press del for setup
- pres f8 for selecting boot device

question: where is the Control + I option which get me to the raid set up utility, this is as i read in manual, the program that create the raid for window xp.

if anyone had successfully setup 2 sata as a raid for boot, please drop me a line and what os ( version) you using, bios version?

Did you make a set-up floppy disk as per your Asus CD and install the Promise driver?
