Is this a good motherboard? I heard that it had conflicts with Raedon graphics cards? Is that true? Pros and Cons about this motherboard?

I have a Radeon 9800 NP on it, and it works fine. Makes some weird beeps at bootup (nonusb related), but other than that I haven't had any major problems.
 
I have this board, but I'd recommend something else. Invvest in some good memory, then get the equvalent ABIT board would be my suggestion.
