Which do you guys think I should buy for the same price, the Abit BH7 or Asus P4G8X. I plan on overclocking a 2.4B P4 and which one would be best for that?

I like the Granite Bay myself but I think in terms of raw overclockability the BH7 will be better for you. I personally am still trying to find a P4G8X and a 3.06GHz P4 to make a workstation with.

the P4G8X motherboard would be a much better choice since it has dual channel memory and the BH7 doesnt.

That's why I like the P4G8X but I think the BH7 overclocks much better than it does. IMHO, the dual channel memory and the moderate ability to overclock makes the P4G8X an awesome board. Maybe I'll change my vote. :)

I really doubt the motherboard will be the limiting factor in my overclocking though. Not very likely I'll hit 180+FSB with a 2.4B P4. One thing, will the P4G8X take pc 333 ram even if it's run at pc 266 speeds?

Yes. So you're going for the P4G8X? I'd like to see what you're able to do with it if you get it.

Yea, I might as well get the P4G8X since they're both the same price. It comes with more features too than the BH7. Just reading up on some reviews of both boards before I make my final decision. Thanks for the input though.
