This may be the board that takes the bandwidth crown away from Rambus PC1066 scheduled for shipping later this summer HardOCP has a nice review that's worth reading

yeah ....well u pay asus for quality. Even though u have a defective mobo, to get a rma from asus is so easy.

emm ..just wonder how about compare to 32bit rdram ? Is there a difference in performance between 32bit rdram and 16bit ?

interesting PCmark memory scores there....

266DDRII = 6537
RD1066 = 6465

my 334DDR = 6260
my 340DDR = 6439

looks like 333 & 400DDRII should be extreamly strong :)
