***Asus P4C800E-Deluxe and 4 double banked dimms ***

I have two OCZ 256mg sticks of EL pc3700 gold rev.1 dimms and would like to add an additional two from a fellow AT'r. However, I just got thru reading a review here at Anand on the P4C800E -Deluxe and it states that PAT is turn off above 200fsb if all four dimms are populated with double banked ram. Has this been confirmed and has it been corrected with a new bios?
