ASUS P4C800-E Q-fan?

Does anyone know how to work Q-Fan on this motherboard? I tried all the values from 11/16 to 15/16 but there is no change in RPM of my CPU fan..

It should just work. It may be that your temps are high enough that it won't kick in.

Maybe it's kicking in almost at boot-up, so you don't notice any RPM change?

It's a great feature though
