From my experience, turn off USB legacy support, manually up vdimm voltage to 2.75. The mobo doesn't set memory timings correctly if you set it to SPD so you will need to set it manually. Don't drive yourself crazy though as the 875 chipset mobos have a problem with low latency settings. You can up the FSB for the most performance gain.
And lastly, the motherboard lists the second and third memory settings reversed from the rest of the world so if your memory is advertised as 2-X-Y-6, the bios will have it as 2-Y-X-6. My memory is rated as 2-3-2-6 so in my bios, I have it as 2-2-3-6. Until someone pointed that out to me, I could not figure out why I couldn't get my machine to work.
