I need to build a non-dedicated server with SATA RAID 1 for a small workgroup network. Looks like the P4C800-E Deluxe is a good choice for that. I have a few questions about it.

1. Does the motherboard come with everything you need for 2 SATA hard drives, like the SATA data cables and power adapters to adapt the Molex connectors to SATA power connectors?

2. Will it support 2 512MB ECC PC3200 400MHz DIMM in dual-channel mode? I assume it has full support for ECC? I'm thinking of getting Kingston memory. Is that a reliable choice?

3. I assume I'll be able to have 2 120GB SATA hard drives and let Windows XP Professional boot from a 120GB mirrored partition?

1. Yes, 2 SATA cables, and a molex to 2 SATA power cables are provided.

2. Yes, the i875P chipset supports ECC DDR SDRAM. Kingston is always a good choice in RAM.

3. Yes, so long as you load the ICH5R RAID drivers during the Windows XP installation.
