can someone help me with updating my BIOS? I dont know which ones to get and what to use to update them?


i got the mobo about 6 months ago .. when i OCed my CPU i saw the diffrane in games .. but about 3 months ago i updated my bios .. after that when i OC i dont see any diffrance ... I would like to updated it .. maybe it will fix this problem
