Well im not getting any answers on the motherboard fourm, so ill post it here. Ive heard of problems with the promise raid controller on the p4c800, has this been fixed by a bios update or does it still have problems?
 
Never updated my comtroller, works great!

What was wrong with the one on the older BIOS update?

People on the motherboard fourm said that they have experienced stuttering and very low read and write speeds.
