Asus P4C800 Deluxe not seeing all 4GB memory

I have 4 1GB memory sticks. In any combination of slots and configurations, the system will only see 3GB. All 4 memory modules have been tested, and in my other system, an Asus P4G8X sees all 4GB without a problem.

Any ideas?
 
That's "normal". I don't know the specifics, but it was explained to me as some sort of a limitation of 32-bit memory. Apparently the memory keeps enough reserved for the OS (or something like that, I'm going by my fuzzy recollection here).

I'd search for this topic over at the Corsair Forums, I'll bet it's been addressed a few times.
