ASUS P4C800 Deluxe and Zalman

I just bought a Zalman 7000 for my P4 on an ASUS P4C800 Deluxe board. I have concerns(now that I am looking at the size of this ZALMAN!)due to the North Bridge heatsink's location.

Has anyone tried to use this fan for this motherboard and know of size issues?

BTW, my case is the Antec 160.
