ASUS P4B533 Mobo Built IN Sound Card vs. Turtle Beach Santa Cruz (Edit: please move to General Hardware)

I just created a new system and bought the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz without realizing my MOBO had a built in sound card feature. Apparently, it can support 6 channel audio, something the santa cruz can support as well.Link to my ASUS P4B533 Mobo


I was wondering, are there any key differences between the ASUS P4B533 MOBO built in sound card vs. the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz? Such as in sound quality when it comes to movies, games, etc... Would i get the same Dolby Decoding capabiliities with the ASUS sound card just like the Turtle Beach?

If there are some major noticeable differences, i'm thinking about selling off my turtle beach card. no reason to keep it ya know?
