ASUS P4B533 & 256mb Kingmax DDR333 = Good?

I'm purchasing an ASUS P4B533 mobo & P4 2.4B GHz CPU this week,
what i want to know is will i run into trouble with this config:

Board: ASUS P4B533
RAM...: Kingmax 256mb PC2700 (Already purchased)
CPU...: P4 2.4Ghz 533fsb CPU
PSU...: 320w Generic P4 Powersupply (Already purchased)

Any help appreciated.

You may run into a problem with the Bios recognizing the newer CPU. I did with a 2.5 @400Ghz with the new C1 stepping. My system didn't recognize the CPU and the keyboard keys with the exception of th DEL and arrow keys. Prior to seting everyting up, get a copy of the latest Bios from ASUS at their site. .......Just in case. One of the good things about this board is that it allows you to go in and reflash the Bios at Post time by pressing ALT-F2.
