ASUS P4B266 USB 2.0 Support?

I've got an ASUS P4B266 (i845D) with Win2K PRO SP2. I've never used my USB 2.0 ports, so I want to make sure I have the correct software to utilize them. Is this the correct software?

Not familiar with that setup, that could be correct USB2.0 driver....was just curious if you ran windows update, that should detect USB2 and update from there. I was under the impression that win2k and winxp had support for USB2 through windows update....if i'm wrong, i apologize.

I installed some sort of driver off of the ASUS CD I got with the mobo, but the ones on that page are quite new (11/18/02).
