Asus P4B266 & P4B533 difference? Worth the upgrade?

Hi Guys,

I haven't been following the chipset advancements recently, What is the major difference between the Intel 845D (P4B266) and 845E (P4B533) chipset besides the official support of 133MHZ FSB and future support of hyper-threading?? Is memory bandwidth wider for P4B533?

I am thinking about upgrading to P4-2.4B from 1.8A and doing a little o/c, just wondering what advantage would I get if I upgrade the mobo.

get an i845pe board or wait for granite bay.
